  My wife and I have a similar experience with Mr Serniak. We had a problem with a water heater than turned my finished basement into a pool and a real life sauna. After some false starts, we were placed in contact with Mr Serniak by John Walker(thx John!) and Mr Serniak took care on our major problem and a few minor problems in days. Mr Serniak was proactive and an absolute pleasure to work with, I am happy to be able to write this review for him.   Boiler diagnostic, boiler replacement

  This man potentially saved my family’s lives. (I’m going to have to skip a lot of details so this review isn’t a book) Our boiler was acting up, and I had another contractor look at it first. If I had followed that contractor’s advice, my house may have burnt down that night. ML Serniak was very professional and polite, and even called to check up on us to make sure everything was ok, even after hearing that we had another contractor look at the boiler first. (How great is that!) That night we had more problems, and Mr. Serniak was at our house first thing in the morning to take a look. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. He found parts of the boiler that were bad but didn’t stop until he understood why the boiler was doing what it was doing. He figured out that the problem was actually very dangerous and was causing fire to burn inside the boiler even after it was kicking off. I saw the flames with my own eyes. He was honest and upfront about pricing and was able to get started THAT DAY replacing the boiler. By the next afternoon, we were up and running. Good thing, because the middle of February in NEPA is cold to say the least. He and his team were all very professional and worked diligently. The new piping and wiring were all well thought out, and the finished product looks fantastic. I really can’t say enough good things about this business. I would highly recommend them for any work.
