Disaster! Not one step of the process was done correctly when remodelling our bathroom. My high end tile looks like it was installed by my 9 year old. I had to keep checking behind him & I don't think he would have fixed the things that weren't right unless I showed him that I noticed like I did. ( I am talking about tiles coming loose from the wall the day he set them) He doesn't even deserve the stari gave him, but had to leave one for the review to post!

Absolutely did not have a clue how to do the work he represents himself to do ! Check his limited license! I hired him to renovate my condo and not one thing was done correctly! Everything from large holes left in the wall behind appliances to electrical safety issues to installing used appliances ( passed off as new) I hired two professional contractors after him and they were appalled at the work he attempted to do " they said it looked like a ten year old did it!! He is not qualified to do any type of renovations! He preys on senior citizens. I would have rated him a 0 -star but had to use 1 - star to submit this review. Beware of this so called contractor. He caused more damage to my condo by walking into it ! Save yourself a lot on pain and stay away from Mark Moag!
