Danial Barnes and Michele Williams entered into an agreed price contract to build a new custom home but started to lie about agreements at the first meeting, hadn't even poured a pad after 7 months and turned out that they kept billing us while not paying most of the subcontractors for over 6 months. They did this to at least 3 other clients, all of us are out huge sums of money including our deposits. Dan and Michele became ghosts about a month ago and their build license has been suspended due to Dan's failure to pay the reviewer above.

Daniel Barnes entered into a contract with me to remodel my later father's home. This contract required him to split the profits from the sale of the remodeled home with me. Mr. Barnes kept the profits and did not pay me the funds that he agreed to pay me under our contract. I hope this will provide a warning to anyone who may be considering doing business with Mr. Barnes or any of his Mod Haus entities. Beware!

Mod Haus Design and remodel on my mid mod ranch home. Design and execution was just what we wanted. Was skeptical given a few reviews but I did see a bunch of their projects and it seems most of the failures came from Michele or the two as a team. Who know but the did a great job for us.
