If I could give Moda construction (Mike N.) negative stars I would. This is the worst contractor ever. We have worked with a lot of contractors that have excuses for project delays and other unforeseen circumstances, but this guy takes the cake. When we originally met with Mike he made a great impression, we felt very comfortable with his background and ability to complete our project. After hiring Mike, there was always an excuse as to why something could not be done. He is completely unreliable and untrustworthy and our project has been ongoing for almost 2 years and we are not even close to being half way done. If you are considering a project at your home or office, I'm warning you in advance to save yourself the hundreds of thousands of dollars he will cost you in delays and excuses. Go with someone else, even at a significatly higher price. In the long run, you will be much better off.
