Working with Modern Lighting (Derrick) is like spinning a wheel and hoping it lands on that tiny sliver that says, "Congrats! the contractor you hired 5 months ago who still hasn't finished the job that you paid him for (the day you received the invoice) is going to finish the work!" Except I still haven't hit that sliver! Not sure how he stays in business. Takes the entire summer off and then when he finally responds to your texts and you ask when he'll be out to finish the work, radio silence. He's about as bad as the contractors who hired him to do my house (still hasn't finished that job either). Don't waste your time, effort, or money.

I've watched there projects from start to finish and long hours of working around commercial businesses to keep there doors open too..this is by far a 5 star company , doing top end lighting with integrity and determination on every job.
