Modern Roofing is a complete fraud. I hired them to repair a portion of my roof. The price doubled within five minutes of their appearance. I paid what they requested. They failed to fix the portion of the roof and never replaced the underneath wood as required. Within four months, the portion of the roof started leaking again. The owner agreed to come over and correct the work. He never appeared, never again answered the phone, changed the phone number and abandoned the job. Avoid Modern Roofing if you want a good job done.
