What a great company. Rick took time to explain the process, to help me envision the possibilities while honoring a budget. I met with him several times before starting my kitchen project and felt that he understood my needs from the start. He did a great job and I couldn't be more happier! :)

I recently hired Momentum Construction Inc. to do my kitchen remodel. I am so pleased with the work they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a general contractor.
Rick was wonderful to work with from the moment we met. I had some ideas about what I wanted to do with my remodel, but they had a vision. Not only did they have a vision of what my dream kitchen could be, but they had the knowledge and expertise to turn that dream into reality.
They completely demoed my kitchen and flooring and took down some existing walls. They relocated my sink, dishwasher, laundry facilities and refrigerator. They got rid of my outdated track lighting and installed beautiful recessed lighting. They built a new laundry closet and island and put new flooring throughout my condo. My home has been entirely transformed and the finished product is absolutely more fantastic than I ever could have imagined.
This was my first remodel in my first home so I wasn't sure what to expect and I had lots of questions throughout the process. Rick always made themselves available to all of my calls and texts. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the work that was being done. It is clear to me that client satisfaction is a priority for them.
I got a very fair price for the work that was done. Not only that, but they finished EARLY! They had given me an estimate of how long they thought it would take, and they finished sooner than the date on the contract. That being said, they never rushed through anything or cut any corners; I feel confident that the work they did is of the highest quality.
I'm so pleased that I chose Momentum Construction Inc. for my remodel. They turned my outdated condo into a home I am truly proud of and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. -

My husband and I are extremely happy with Momentum Construction.
The quality of workmanship was outstanding, the crews never tried to cut corners and would make sure the task they were preforming was done correctly.
Rick made sure any concerns we had were addressed in a professional manner.
It was a major remodeling which includes kitchen and master a bedroom + bathroom addition.
Once the project began we did run into additional requirement by the city, but Rick made sure that all necessary changes are done.
We would not hesitate to recommend Momentum regardless of the level of complexity. -

Mike did an amazing job to my bathroom and kitchen.
The company helped me and guided be anywhere from materials and color selection. I love my kitchen and bathroom after they remodeled it. The whole process was good. We had few bumps on the way with cabinets delivery but all turned out great. Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a bathroom or kitchen remodel. -

Momentum construction did my master bathroom and later on my kitchen
I have had a fantastic experience with Yakir, he was incredibly patient explaining every part of my renovation to me, and helping me to prioritize what I should do immediately and what to hold off on, based on my budget.
This is by far was the smoothest remodel I have done.
I must say it is must easier to deal with the owner directly and not with a salesman.
Highly recommend this company. -

Momentum Construction completed a whole house tear-off and re-roof for us including skylights, gutters and downspouts.
Being technically and mechanically inclined, I had many questions on the roofing details, and existing conditions I wanted to be addressed.
I had two goals for this project: to have a quality long lasting roof, and an aesthetically pleasing roof that complements the house.
I watched the project installation pretty closely and i must say Momentum construction consistently proved that they met and exceeded all of my expectations,
communication, professionalism, quality, honesty and clean-up.
We invited a number of roofing contractors to bid on our project, and chose Momentum construction based on my interactions with them.
there are not the cheapest bid i had and there is a also waiting list, but it was well worth the wait to get the level of quality and dedication that they bring.

I hired Momentum Construction to renovate my kitchen. I am beyond pleased with the craftmanship and the service they provided me.
Any time I had a question someone was there to answer the phone and resolve any concern I had. They helped design my kitchen with a 3D which was so nice to see what my kitchen was gonna look like before we started. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do any project in there home.

Yakir (RIck) was my project manager. He did an outstanding job. My kitchen and bathroom were totally gutted and remodeled. He is experienced, knowledgeable, supportive, and well organized despite his young age he is everything I could hope to get from a contractor. He kept constant communication with me throughout the construction process.
I love my kitchen it meets my needs and expectations. My bathroom looks amazing.
Defiantly going to call you back for future projects!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Momentum. From the very first meeting, I felt completely supported and they truly understood my vision for the renovation.
My Wife and I moved out of the apartment for the duration of the renovation and I received daily email updates and photos to keep me in the loop of all progress being made in real time. I would not only recommend but certainly would use momentum services again for any future projects I have.
