Worst experience EVER! They cut off the stair noses on our stair treads, when we paid extra for custom pieces to go over the stair noses. When the error was caught, Kyle realized our stair treads were higher end, thicker ones and when we wanted the mistake corrected with the same size stair tread they ruined, he had his guys pack up and leave the job. I’m sure it’s because it was going to be costly to order the custom treads and the job was no longer going to be super profitable. They literally left my house ripped apart and in an unsafe state. I have stair treads with pieces cut completely off, some with the noses 90% cut off that are unsafe to walk on and two stairs that are in working condition. I will be going after them legally for the damages done. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company!
