    Wall workers did a great job. Electrical for landscape lights did a great job. Landscape, plants, communication, follow up after job was not good. Sprinkler system drip to beds did not cover. He call plants that were dead seasonal. I would use his people for walls and light and even sprinklers but don’t let him put drip system in. Estimate for plants real short so bid comes in low then you will need twice as much or more. Bottom line, you can find better.

    Frank is easy going but dispassionate and dishonest. Expect to have your project neglected after a few days; expect his promise to show to be meaningless. Poor communication is wildly inconvenient.

    His employees are semiskilled and unlicensed. Their concrete work is almost acceptable. Workers do not clean up after meals instead littered the yard with trash.

    If you don't care about a time table or contract performance then Monte Vista Landscape is your place.

    Avoid Monte Vista Landscape.
