Without exception, Montero's Construction team has provided us 17+ years of successful construction of over 20 major projects. These ranged from extensive renovations, two 3,500 sq ft new home builds, major hardscape and landscaping, septic systems, road work, electrical, outdoor lighting & complex irrigation systems. He is solution oriented and very capable of solving some of the more challenging construction issues. His "Under promise & over perform" attitude is reflected through his professional & successful results. He frequently finishes ahead of schedule which is rarely seen in the world of construction. Our most recent project was a massive post-fire restoration with 3 large home rebuilds on our 48 acre ranch. In spite of the many enormous challenges, the projects were completed with minimal delays or additional difficulties to the owners. Montero's Construction is the only home builder we would ever consider for our building needs.
