Owner
Morley Inc. is a disorganized and poorly run business. The owner (Mike) works with his two sons, James and Grant, who are incompetent. We payed for dried-in construction on our home and they failed to complete the job. Mike created our original schematics and we add changes months before the build. Mike never saved those changes and provided our framer with outdated plans. He never supplied our framer with the updated plans. Mike is a completely useless human being. His son, James, who managed our build is completely useless and incompetent. He would say he is going to show up on Saturday and then never show or call to let us know why. All of them never communicated with one another so we had to explain things 2 and 3 times to them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We ended up firing them because of delays, incompetence, lack of communication and money.
