Everything started off great. However, the work was not finished as promised, the female sales representative was rude when I called to inquire, the company will not answer my calls or respond to my voicemail messages, and I was charged more than the total contract amount.

Was an "invitation" bid from HomeAdvisor. Called that evening to set time for estimate. Came on time and provided detailed estimate. 472 sq ft deck. Reset nails, sanded deck, and applied 2 coats of sealant. Included 4 large benches, railings, stairs and lattice overhead. Showed up as scheduled and completed work on time.
