On 12/5/2016, I hired Moua Construction, LLC to repairs my foundation wall for a cost of $8,600 which I pay $4,300 or 50% as down payment. They came and installed some foundation brace beams and said they don't have money to finish the project so they ask me to pay additional $4,000 which I did. Once they get the second payment they didn't come back to finish the job and never return my calls again. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
