We would highly recommend Ted Moudis and Associates. They were highly professional and extremely reliable. They have worked extensively in NYC for years and have an encyclopedia knowledge of the various NYC building Codes. In addition, we found their staff to be of the highest integrity. They communicated with us on a regular basis so we always knew the status of our project. Whenever we requested anything from them (documents, sample of materials, etc.), we always received them promptly. We liked working with them so much that we're using them now for another project.
