If I could give Mountain Crest Homes a negative number rating I would. This company took our earnest money (15k) and never even broke ground. Promised the home would be built in 5 months and a year later they still didn’t even have permits. Now Dan won’t return our money or our calls. They will promise you everything and deliver nothing. Currently seaking legal counsel. If you want professionalism, look elsewhere.

Had same results as Jeff. Took our $15,000 and did nothing. We have sued, and in arbitration, won a judgement against him. He decided not to honor arbitration and wants to go to court. This just delays us getting paid by months or maybe years.
