Michael was extremely professional. The pricing was fair for a new 50 gallon gas water heater. I was stuck on a Friday late afternoon with no hot water and Michael finished the job within 2 hours. He was very thorough, tested that the hot water was working correctly and cleaned up after. The best part is he offers a warranty on his work and the water heater should it be defective.
