Working with mountainntimber stuctures has been a terrible experience and continues to be challenging as we we started construction in April 2016 after giving a $100,000 deposit to expedite the construction. It took them six months to do the foundation and over a year to get the roof on They feel no obligation to compensate us for the expenses we are incurring from not having our house done on time. We are in a rental for over two years and just paid another year of construction insurance. Worst part is they still cannot give us a completion date. If you must use this GC make sure to have a set completion date with daily penalty for non performance.
