Titletite Allen Burk is a scammer. He did our shower 6 months ago for 15,000 and it is leaking everywhere . It needs torn out now to replace the sub floor and we have a bunch of water under the house and our insulation is ruined. We will be taking him to court..

By MikeMarch 1, 2022Shower Remodel$12,000
We have the same experience as others, have no shower and are out $12,000. We have no product or work of any kind to show for this. There was little to no communication, and Allen would not pick up the phone at all to talk about my concerns. Kevin King left sometime in November 2021, and it does appear that the company folded near mid November to December time frame. Since this is WA state, we have started a claim with L&I.

By ParkJanuary 27, 2022Bathroom remodel$10,000
Similar to other reviewers. I have been left with no bathroom/shower system and am currently out the money paid for this job. The supplies are sitting in our garage and any communication with the owners of TileTite no longer gets a response. After going through the CCB mediation process - the business simply disappeared. In looking at records from Allen Burke Burchell you can find that this is a common theme and he has frequently changes his business names and has active sanctions against his previous three businesses. Very disappointed.

By Cynthia S.January 4, 2022Custom Shower$16,000
On 19 August 2021, Allen Burchell and Kevin King came into my home to discuss a custom TileTite shower install. They took measurements, hand wrote project details, and even gave me a customer protection form. They told me that in order to schedule me, for approximately early October, I would need to give them a deposit for half the project. They wasted no time to cash my check on 23 August. Although, Kevin kept in touch, as of 24 November, no actual project dates were confirmed. The excuses were that Allen got COVID, they were moving into a larger facility, and that supplies were harder to come by. On 15 December, I was done and wanted my money back. I texted Kevin, no response. I called and left a voicemail, no response. I emailed Allen and Kevin, no response. Their website and Facebook are not working. I feel so violated. Kevin would often tell me we have "similar values" and that he appreciated my patience. They are scammers and this whole ordeal, not just my money lost, has really been such a hard blow. I believe Kevin King works at Dragon Brand Martial Arts and the lack of integrity he and Allen hold is a shame.

By Britt Z.February 3, 2021bathroom$30,000
The owner of Tiletite Alan Burchell, using the business names Tiletite and Mountainside, charged me approximately $30,000 for a modest bathroom remodel, but perform the work poorly, without permits, and without licensed plumbers or electricians, forcing me to completely re-do the job with another contractor. I took Alan Burchell and Mountainside to arbitration and won.

Process is so simple. Get to choose the tile and style I want, then they take the shower measurements. They build the tile shower in their factory and install it in only a few hours.

I have also been a victim of Allen's - I am currently going through small claims to try and get backa deposit for work that was never started - Very similar experience to Cynthia S.
