I'd have given 0 stars if I could. They completely ruined every part of their overpriced job. Not one thing was done correctly, and I'm not even talking about aesthetic things like my off-center medicine cabinet or the walls that are completely scuffed up. But I'm talking about functional things, for example my shower was installed with a shower pan that was completely slanted (he blamed his staff for stepping on the pan while the mud wasn't dry yet) and the shower door was installed off-center and without a magnet so it didn't stay closed (it's a hinge door that was installed crooked and slanted forward to so it would remain WIDE open). I learned this when I tried to take a shower on move-in day in the middle of summer, only to find the water came flooding out all over the bathroom floor. The surprises didn't stop there, when winter came around the baseboard heaters they installed weren't working. I hired someone to come out and evaluate, turns out they were hooked up to absolutely nothing downstairs, and also were put into the walls in the wrong order so they can't connect to each other. By now you get the point - they're absolute scam artists and do not trust them with even a simple paint job (they ruined that too).
