I am writing this review to tell everyone what a great job Scott Paulus did for my mother. I live in Washington state, my mother lives in Florida. Ove the summer, the air conditioning/heating unit died. Scott came to the rescue to fix it.He told my mother that the old unit couldn't be fixed anymore and she really needed to replace it. My mother is living on a fixed income and couldn't afford it at that time. We rounded up window units and fans to get her through the summer. However with winter coming on,using space heaters was a great concern for me. I was worried about her being cold, about the pipes freezing and extremely worried about the fire hazard. The money became available to replace the unit. We called Scott and he came right out to replace the old unit and install the new one. I could go on and on about the extras he did for my mother. Scott went above and beyond taking care of my mother and getting the new unit all set up. I would recommend him to anyone! thank you Scott! God Bless You!
