I recently had a very disappointing experience with MRG Building Solutions and cannot recommend their services. The team demonstrated a complete lack of respect for both the tenant and the building property manager. They left rust stains all over from the piping they removed, showing little regard for the property’s condition.
In addition to the poor workmanship, their attitude was unacceptable. The technician was extremely rude, disrespectful, and even became hostile, attempting to escalate a confrontation with the property manager. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and completely unacceptable in any service industry.
The overall experience was nothing short of frustrating. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that values customer service, professionalism, and respect, I would advise looking elsewhere.
