Mark had his crew frame a custom deck for us last summer. They brought treated lumber that was poor quality. Some were bowed on the ends and other pieces were warped. The steps were built crooked and the footings were sticking up above ground level 6 to 8 inches and we had to redo them ourselves. They also attached the wood directly to the siding and never installed flashing. Mark seems like a nice guy but his crew does not do quality work and when we pointed out the problems they never got completely resolved. After he got his money we could not get a hold of him. We wound up telling one of his workers how dissatisfied we were.

They built my deck on the front of my home. The design was done very professionally, deck was built with great detail put into it. The timbers they designed for the front was a great addition for the whole project it looked great and I would recommend them to anybody.

I had them build a deck on the back of my house. It was a big and long deck. But it was no match for the great guys at msa construction. Thanks guys ??
