At recommendation of our roofing contractor, MSG came out to inspect our roofing for a suspected leak. MSG said it was not the roof causing the leak but a faulty window seal. We are senior citizens and naively told MSG to repair the issue without asking for a quote. In less than an hour, MSG said the repair was made using no equipment. I was then told the cost for the service was $300. I was startled at the charge but paid it because I had not gotten an upfront quote.
I was not given a receipt or a description of the service provided despite repeated written requests. I believe MSG saw an opportunity to take advantage of senior citizens and did so, grossly overcharging us and never providing a written description of the work performed.
Would not recommend this group to anyone based upon their scamlike approach..
