Unable to finish is what I would call this company. Promised us a finish date first week of October. Did not even apply for utility pole til October 18th. There is not a single door, whether it be a cabinet or interior, that is not crooked or hung badly. Damaged all of our kitchen cabinets when handles and appliances were installed. There is paint on everything that touches a painted surface. No care taken to remove fixtures or hardware before painting. Doors are half painted and not finished. Had an issue with the master bath shower not draining. Found rocks in the drain. Apparently they are not obligated to finish the sod in the yard either. Attic access’s not finished. Spare bathroom was never finished. Missing door handle and light fixtures. Mirror was mounted over holes and is loose. Tile in the master bath shower is uneven. Entry doors are hard to open and close. Back door has a lock broken off.
