We would not recommend this Architect under any circumstances and advise you and your client to steer clear. We found Marc Anthony and his staff to be unprofessional and unreliable. The firm was completely unfamiliar with how the NYC building department works and with the permit process itself. After 2 years and many delays we were forced to find another company to assist us.
