It was an emotional event since I grew up in it, and being that it was brand new when my parents purchased it 48 years ago. It is located in a nice, upperclass neighborhood but was very neglected. Patrick transformed it into a dream home! He is extremely personable and caring, and goes the extra mile to please. His work is only quality and he does not neglect the details. Since I lived in Texas during the remodel, he was completely trustworthy.
