Lance muse abandons contract BEFORE house is completed leaving the Buyers to hire subs to finish his work. Do Not Pay for completed project before construction is completed and fully to your satisfaction. Uses inferior workmanship contractors. We had to insist Mr. Muse replace several sub contractors. The replacement subs realized the defective workmanship and would not agree to complete project unless previous subcontractors work was taken down. Mr. Muse gives a good competitive bid because he used inferior subs and you get what you pay for. BEWARE of Lance Muse owner of Muse Contractors.
