Bought a Flip in 2018 from this Contractor in South Scottsdale and its been a disaster of issues coming up that has cost us tens of thousands in repairs due to their incompetence along with the house being unsafe and putting our families health at risk. We have had to replace major water damage from roof leaks, just discovered we had Asbestos in some of the walls after some water damage. Now upon fixing water damaged it was discovered when they added the addition to master bedroom they used a cheap wooden beam vs a required steel beam and the bean was actually bowed and we were told were are lucky the roof did not collapse on us by a contractor. This is costing us another 5k to fix. We have had the ducting in roof looked at and it was put together by taping several different types of used ducting sections and needs complete replacement. Lipstick on a pig is exactly what they did on our home.
