Rogelio seemed nice informational. He does not wright his own contracts. Careful what you agree on and how much $ and how long. He doesn’t work weekends! Work is ok, some tile mistakes not corrected. I have cracking on some of my walls after finished work. Does not do a good job covering up defects! He says he will fix it but never did! If you buy your own items for construction and he shops for you, don’t be surprised if he add on things for his business that may or may not get used on your job. He spent over $300 and said it was items he needed for the job! Yet I won’t be keeping any of the items! Also suspect he took some of my tile home. Messy paint job and no floor protection when painting! If you want the job done professionally he is not the one for you!!
