Mychal is a cheat and a liar. He spent three days doing a terrible job at something he stated would take one. He lied about the hours he worked. He failed to complete the work he stated he would. He actually framed a bedroom window that the blinds now do not fit into and wants to be paid for it. He is claiming a lien on our home for work he never did. Stay away from this crook.

His bids are outrageous and he work is terrible! This guy is always on his phone and caught him lying on his hours. Stay away and go with a contractor with real skill and integrity.

Someone referred me to Mychal, so I googled him before having him do any work, and I almost got scared off by the other two reviews on here—but I went ahead and hired him anyway since we were on a time crunch. He and his son came and did fantastic work, quickly, at a fantastic price. They did demo work (took out some walls) and laid laminate flooring over existing tile in a basement kitchen. Looks impeccable. You can tell he prides himself in his work. He even gave me lots of other great ideas that he wouldn't be making money off of. I feel bad the other reviewers didn't have a great experience but I'd hire Mychal again in a heartbeat.
