N2 plumbing was hired to do the entire work on a New build custom home 5 miles from his address in Ashville. The work wasn’t done for the day of inspection. After calling I was told to “ reschedule the inspection” I had to have the work done by another company that needed my Labor also so that it could pass code and we could still make the final inspection for our move in date. Their work was never completed and when I asked him to reduce the bill for the work and supplies “independently purchased” he said no way or he’d place a lein on the home. I just don’t want anyone else to have to experience the unsatisfactory unprofessionally run business practices of this company. He was paid off to avoid the lein and I also paid to have the work completed on time. I’ve never said anything bad about a person or company before but this is a Beware message for you beforehand. Good luck going forward.
