They put the shell of our pool in on May 24, 2022. We still do not have a finished project. We were told it would take about 30 days to get our pool up and running.
The patio should have had a step down from our gazebo. When the concrete was done it is all the way up to our gazebo floor. The slant of the concrete makes it so gazebo door won’t open. Our concrete is a mess. They hand mixed all the concrete. The sealer was applied wrong.
Workers just show up sporadically since the beginning. You will go weeks without seeing workers. We rented trencher ourselves so electrician could start work. Nachman kept saying the trench we dug didn’t meet code. The county inspector said it was more than adequate. The electric still isn’t finished. A box that doesn’t work needs replaced
The owner will not give you any kind of schedule for work.
