By Patricia L.May 11, 2022Install 30 ft round above ground pool$2,000Read more
On April 26, 2022 my 30 foot above ground pool was installed by Narcisco Enterprise. The pool took a little under three hours to install which I already thought was a little suspicious but then again the owner whose name is Carlos told me that he has been doing this for over 20 years and he does several pools a day unlike most other pool companies. After the install I noticed several large dents to the pool I immediately contacted the owner Carlos and voiced my concerns I also sent photos via Facebook messenger. At this time the owner Carlos advised me not to worry that this was normal and that once the pool was filled the dents would go away. At this point Carlos told me to wait two days and then to fill the pool. I confirmed with Carlos again he informed me that he has been doing this over 20 years and it was safe to fill the pool and this would take care of the dents. The pool was filled two days later by Indianhead pool water. Upon filling the pool the water attendant advised me to contact Carlos immediately because the dents were not going away and something was immediately wrong. I once again took photos and sent them to Carlos and voiced my concerns again. At this point Carlos advised me that it was because it was cold and the liner had not stretched not to worry that it would go away.
On 4/30/22 Carlos and another worker came out to my home and attempted to repair the dents in the pool with a rubber mallet. At this point a lot of the dents did not come out and unfortunately new dents arrived. He advised my husband to please wait two weeks to see if the warm weather will take care of the dents. At this point Carlos pointed out to my husband that one of the hoses on the filter was broken and advised my husband to replace it.
We did not know that the filter was not working properly including leaking because the filter had not been plugged in until 5-1-22.
On 5-1-22 I contacted another Pool Installer. I took several photos and video and sent them to the Pool Installer concerning the dents, the leaking filter and the top rail that was extremely unsteady so much that when my granddaughter went to grab onto the top of the pool it was very flimsy. At this point Pool Installer told me that the filter was not installed properly and that he would come out on 5-2-22. Pool Installer came out and informed me that the filter was not installed correctly especially the top cap/cover he showed me where it was leaking from and he also show me that it was leaking near the motor. He also checked the dents in the pool, and he said the pool never should have been filled because it was far too cold and the liner did not stretch and it was causing the pool walls to come down. He advised that I contact Carlos immediately. He also said please tell him that the filter is not put together correctly we also noticed that the pool was not level. The Pool Installer believes that the pool became unlevel once Carlos attempted to repair the dents. On 5-1-22, The electrical inspector for the city of Taunton Massachusetts where I reside came out to complete his inspection. I was informed that the filter could not be on the sand it needed to be on a type of platform to pass inspection. I immediately reached out to Carlos the owner of Narcisco Enterprise And explained the situation. He stated he would have his gentleman come out and move the filter to the patio blocks. On 5-3 22, I sent Carlos another messenger via Facebook. I explained the issues with the top of the pool railing being flimsy the filter leaking and the pool not being level. At this point Carlos informed me that he would not be having his guys do anything other than put the filter on the block. He stated he was at my house on 4-3o-22 , And nothing was wrong with the filter. I explained to him that the filter did not get plugged in until 5-1-22, So there was no way of telling if the filter was leaking or not until then. I also advised Carlos that upon the installation being completed in 4/26/22, his worker whom I believe stated his name was Ron or Rob informed me that he may have stripped a piece on the filter upon installation. At that point I was instructed to have my husband go to the store and buy a radiator clamp and not to call him for a leaking filter.
I have tried to have Carlos rectify the situation on numerous occasions and unfortunately it is only made matters worse. I have paid over $10,000 alone never mind the $2000 to Carlos in the $1020 to the water company. I have received two different estimates of which both other installers will not repair the work that was done by Narcisco Enterprise. -

This is by far the most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. I had Narcisco Enterprises replace my above ground pool liner. They did a horrible job.. bent all the aluminum siding of the pool, and broke every single plastic cap and joint on my pool. Not to mention the muddy disaster they made in my yard and driveway. The workers were drunk, left beer bottles and nips in my recycling bins and I have this all on surveillance camera yet Carlos the owner denies this and was extremely unprofessional and rude to us and refuses to fix what they broke. The owner is very argumentative and unprofessional and does not provide good work or customer service at

Very poor installation of my second liner….the first liner of my brand new pool sprung a leak ….probably from kicking the liner with work boots on….I called Carlos and was told it was better to wear work boots as to barefoot because kicking the wrinkles out of the liner wound cause deep heal marks in the liner and would be difficult to vacuum…..also the print on my liner was wavy at the eyeball and the skimmer…..two of Carlos’ worker’s returned to install the second liner ….These two workers were in a huge hurry and also walked all over this new liner with boots leaving quite a bit of sand on the liner….I brought the sand issue to the worker’s attention and he just turned the hose onto the sand spots which only spread the sand everywhere thinning out the sand in the new liner…..as the worker continued the replacement liner I told him about all the wrinkles in the liner…he told me the water would smooth the liner out once the pool was filled…..that didn’t happen so now I have a pool with more wrinkles than Charpe (Chinese dog)….I will NOT call Narsico Enterprise/ Carlos again nor would I recommend this company….
