When I contracted with Nash Electrical Services and its electricians and employees to perform certain electrical work in my apartment, they left my home in a state of worse repair, with more damage and mess, and with new electrical problems. The appliances, lighting, and outlets in my home did not function properly, and, overall, their work was completely unsatisfactory.
When I brought my concerns and issues to their attention, Nash Electrical Services and its employees responded in a defensive, rude, and unprofessional manner. I attempted to work with them over the course of several months to rectify the issues, but after they returned to the apartment to complete the work, further, potentially dangerous, electrical problems occurred. After that, they refused to respond to my emails and calls for three months, allowing these problems to persist in my home. Meanwhile, the New York City Department of Building’s electrical safety inspection failed.
My experience with the team from Nash Electrical Services is that they are extremely unpleasant to work with, with low standards of professionalism for themselves and their business practices. I would never recommend them.
