I hired Nate to fix my air conditioning. I spent around $600-800 with Nate and Sons. ONE YEAR later the capacitor (one of the parts I had replaced) failed. Nate explained to me that because it was a month after the one year warranty his work nor the part would be covered at all. I asked if he could offer a discount on his labor since he installed a faulty part or offer me a discount since he had JUST replaced and charged me 13 months earlier. He said NO he would not offer a discount. He expected me to pay all over again full price for a new part and his labor just a year later. Whomever he is getting parts from are not quality parts or he does not do quality work. DO NOT work with Nate unless the parts have very long warranties also he DOES NOT guarantee his work past six months.

The guy before should pay for his repair, it wasn't nates fault part failed he didn't make it . Fool.
