Bought a house from this company. Lots of things wrong with it. They put a on torch roof over the rotten garage roof. Just found out today that the shower wasn't installed properly, causing a leak. Sinks leak. Dry wall tape started falling with the first month. Bamboo floors werent installed correctly, they're not even close to being level. Unblocked vents, which is a huge fire hazard. First time home buyer, at least now we know can't trust everyone. Wouldn't touch one thing from this company again.

Bought a house much like the review above, pretty house, however after two days of living in my house I have sewage overflowing from everywhere, call and have it snaked to find out it's not clogged the sewage is put in wrong. It has cost me over $4000 dollars today. Yes, I have not lived here a full week. I would love to tell you this is the only issue but it's not, multiple holes in the wall covered with "blank" electrical socket faces, installed heaters not working, installed sockets not working. Buying this house has become a very costly mistake on my part.
