My name is Cathy Anderson. We had this company replace our roof last fall. In may our roof started leaking. They have been out here several time. Our roof is still leaking. The last time they were out here I had another contractor come out who identified two issues. The representative of Nationwide made two promises:1. they would get a tarp on that area of the roof within a couple of days; and 2. they would get back out here to get those fixes in.
It has been over a month, even after repeated calls, they have not come back out, there is no tarp, the repairs have not been done, and in the meantime the damage to the inside of the house continues to get worse, and at this point I suspect that the underlying structure of the roof is also damaged.
At this point, I give them an F.
