Horrible job on my pool and never fixed any of their mistakes. Ruined my valves with gummed up plaster in them. Broke both pool and spa lights. Bad plaster mix turned blue and they wanted to charge me 700.00 to acid wash it. Would not stand behind warranty. I’ve spent 3,000 fixing this disaster they did on my pool. Stay away from this company!

Nightmare, my husband and I are not sleeping because we can't believe what this company did to our pool, poor quality Job but the worse, they left my pool with stains that I believe is the result of chemicals left too much time without care in the sunny hot day. So, I'm still trying to get them at least to fix the error that they did to the pool. I choose this company and I payed in advance and this make me feel very stupid, hope they will fix. I will be back to let you know.

Had my pool re-plastered back in March. It was the wrong color. Where they put in new tile, several grout joints were missed and there is missing grout. Also, streaks and tool marks all through the plaster. They keep saying that they will fix it. Something has always come up, weather, worker shortage etc. Chris was the GC and now John is involved. The put forth a process on how to handle it and I told them that I would verify with other companies if this was the way to proceed. After doing that John was supposed to come out on 3 different occasions to look at my pool. Something always came up. They randomly showed up to look at it when they were over at my neighbors looking at his pool that they screwed up on when I wasn't home. I told them to go back and take a look at it and was told that they would get back to me within a week. Now 3 weeks later, I have to reach out and call them. I will never use them or recommend them. Also, the guy that did the start up said that they screwed up the color on another pool a few blocks away form my house.
