THE WORST contractor I have ever hired. We had to rip out the patio that this company installed incorrectly. Bill Howard and Jackie Kahn (and whatever they are calling their company today) do not honor their warranty. They simply sell the company to each other and therefore have no legal obligation to repair their inferior work. Bill will promise great things at the start but what you get after you give him a down payment is harassment, arguments, bullying, racist rants, and misleading promises. Check with the BBB and the attorney generals office and reviews online.

A New Company... Professional,on task, wonderful to work with job is beautiful I would recommend them highly if you have any doubts make sure you call the office and get some references to call and you will not be disappointed

They do bad work and do not stand behind warranty. We are taking down the patio and having it reinstalled.
