  Travis helped us with our office build out and has been excellent to work with both in work quality and communication. Others have also commented in reviews that he is a problem solver and I’d completely agree. He is creative and efficient with his work and I’d definitely hire him again. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who excels in communication skills.

  Travis and his team at Nautilus Pacific are outstanding in every aspect of contracting. They are wonderful to work with. Their combination of skill sets, attention to detail, prompt and accurate communication, along with respect for your property and time is the best. Travis is definitely a problem solver. I have worked with Travis on two different projects and could not be happier with the outcomes. I would recommend Travis and Nautilus Pacific without reservation.

  Remodel 5 units in a small apartment building

  I hired Travis/Nautilus Pacific for a $400K+ project last year and it was a fabulous experience. Travis is wonderful! He is by far the best contractor I've ever hired. He is responsive, communicative, thoughtful and a true problem solver. Nothing seems to get in his way. I really enjoyed working with him and have since referred him to several clients who have also been quite pleased with his work.

  Add bathroom to basement

  We engaged Travis to add a new bathroom to our basement. He was immediately both professional and personable. He worked closely with us to meet our needs and gave us several cost-saving suggestions that kept us exactly on-budget. He completed the project on-time, maintaining regular communication throughout. And there were NO cost overruns. We can't recommend him highly enough.

  Floor remodel (kitchen, stairs, entryway)

  Travis is knowledgeable, professional and a creative problem solver. We had the pleasure of working on several complex projects which most recently involved replacement of a kitchen, stairs and entryway. The schedule and any unforeseen challenges were communicated clearly and Travis looked for opportunities to save $$ where possible which we sincerely appreciated. We stayed in the house during the project and appreciated the team being clean and sensitive to our needs with kids and dogs.
