The business is a complete scam. I would not recommend this company either. My house fire happened over a year ago and my house is still not complete! I have been fighting with them every step of the way. Joe's the general contractor and doesn't even know what subs are on the permit!! He sits back and collects money for doing NOTHING!!! kathy was the project manager and she says Joe is the project manager and he said that Krystal is the project manager!! Are they really serious??!! Joe does not manage his company properly. The people in the office manage themselves. That came straight from Joe's mouth. Everytime you call the office, eithier nobody answers or you get lip service. I had to rate this company before I could submit my review. Negative stars would be better.

Where to begin? ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY. The best advice I can give is find another company don't waste one more second considering Nava DSI for your needs whatever they may be. Also don't trust any companies they have referred you to their all scams and Nava is getting kickbacks for the referrals. We lost our entire home in a house fire and hired Nava to replace it and what a MISTAKE that was. We had to hire a lawyer to take them to court to get them to finish rebuilding our home! They maxed out our hefty insurance policy too. They don't even know the sub contractors they're hiring and no one speaks english. We caught them drinking in our home while building multiple times. Please find yourself a better company!!!!!!

These scammers claim to be a preferred vendor sent from my insurance but they didn't even say the right insurance carrier I had when they approached me. They were very unprofessional and swarming my property like rodents. The young man that approached me to try to board up my windows reaked of marajuana. I mean seriously! I wouldn't let them near my home. Beware of this company.

This company is HORRIBLE to say the least. We had a house fire and Joe was the first company on site. He got the money and needless to say he left. We've had the people whom installed the insulation, the window company and even the carpet guys come to our home looking for him. He owes us about $19,000 not to mention we finished the repairs ourselves. We reported him to the state but there was not much that they could do for us.
