Incredibly shoddy work unless you babysit him constantly. Definitely low ball price, but you will get exactly what you paid for. Reach out to the building department if you want to learn more. His reputation precedes him.

We live in Danville, and we had an architect design a 1000 square-foot accessory dwelling unit (“granny flat”) In our backyard. Two bedroom, two full baths and kitchen/living room. Slab construction.
I got bids from multiple builders.Neale’s price was very competitive compared to the other bids. He was a joy to work with, was very conscientious and insured things were done right.
We broke ground in January, and our tenants moved in in September.
Neale does what he says he’s going to do. Very reliable, quality work, and we came in under budget!
Obviously can only speak for myself, however I wouldI recommend Neale for anyone doing home additions or construction of dwelling units.

Did not meet standard of a competent contractor. Went way beyond time required to do work and work was not acceptable.

Awful incompetent. Does not seem to care one bit about his work. Do your homework if you think of using.

Delightful gentleman. Started out like gang busters, but had a hard time finishing the job completely. After several emails and text messages asking when he would complete the job, he rarely followed through. He would do a small job and then not come back for several days or weeks. He would start another job before he even finished ours. We finally gave up and have had to hire another contractor to do some repairs and finish work. Seems like he has way more than he can handle.
You get what you pay for.
Price was good and quality was OK.
