From the beginning Randy had several delays with installing my kitchen. Although, my deposit of $6,000 was suppose to put me on his schedule. I didn't mind the delays, at first, because I was a full-time caretaker for my daughter. Then, in April when he was supposed to start, he had another delay. In March, I asked for my deposit back, he said no problem. However, I have not heard from Randy, and you cannot leave a voice message. So now, I will seek legal action.

Took months to get my kitchen cabinets installed, the seam in the counter is visible, was told they would replace it, almost 3 years, calling them, Mrs. Neff ask me to be patient. I think 3 years is pretty patient....

Had my kitchen redone by Neffs in less than 2 months and all the finish is coming off my cabinets, They kept telling me for 2 yrs That they was coming out to fix the problem but nothing has been done

My cabinet paint stated chipping off literally days after install. I took him to small claims court and the judge sided with me. Terrible work and all they do is lie!!!
