    Dish washer installation
    $600
    30 days

I ordered a dishwasher through sears on the 28th of August and when I called to get an installation the lady gave me the first available date 9/8. I told her it had to be before 4 due to prior obligations otherwise we would have to pick another date. She said sure no problem so I scheduled the date. I received a call on the 7th with a time frame of 2-6. I informed the gal that will not work I had already informed the first gal of my schedule. we rescheduled for the 10th in which my husband left for a few minutes only to return with a card at the door and I received a voicemail to call the number on the card to reschedule. I called the number was given the 27th which is an entire month after I purchased the appliance, I requested to speak to the supervisor to see if there was another alternative. I spoke with Lauran who was very rude, did not even let me get out more than two words before she cut me off, spoke over me and had no professionalism what so ever. I was appealed, I requested her manager or owner she proceeded to say the company was switching owners Rick Nell who is listed on the card that was left is no longer the owner she is the new owner. I asked her this is how you handle your customers she didn't even care to listen at all so I informed will just return my appliance0 this is unacceptable and I refuse to deal with an unprofessional installation company if the owner behaves in this way I can only imagine what the rest of the staff are like. I contacted Sears and made a complaint and suggested they use another installation company. I am remodeling my home and replacing all appliance and I refuse to go through Sears if I have to deal with Nell's "Quality" installation. Lauran clearly has no business ethics and I do not foresee this company thriving with the previous complaints listed.

    Appliance Installation

We bought 4 appliances from Costco and Nell's was assigned to install the dishwasher and microwave. The appliances were being delivered by a different company between 9-11am and Nell's was supposed to send installers to install them around 12-4pm on a Saturday. The Nell's installers called at 9:15am asking if the appliances had been delivered. When I explained to them that the delivery window is between 9-11, they cancelled our install! When I spoke to the woman at their office, she was extremely rude and told me that it's not their fault, that the appliances should have arrived earlier. She spoke very harshly, had absolutely no compassion, and had no regard for customer service. She said they soonest they can schedule the install is the following Wednesday! Are you kidding me? We're a huge family of 8 and we're supposed to go 5 days without our appliances? But it didn't matter because she said that's the way it's going to be. I'm calling Costco to let them know they need to find better partners.

    Terrible Installer

Same experience on an appliance purchased through Lowe's that was assigned to Nell's for install. Unable to maintain in promised time frame. Rude customer service. Repeated delays. If assigned this installer by Lowe's request another. Better yet inform Lowe's that you do not want the job assigned to Nell's.

    microwave installation

If you like abuse..these are your guys!

Greg came to install a microwave. He was grunting an having a heck of a time lifting a 60 pound microwave above the range. He asked either the 75 year old tenant or me to help me install the microwave..."gee, that was what I paid him to do" was my first thoughts. He said "push! " I pushed and the drywall was damaged. Accidents happen, so this was not a big deal. However Greg lied through his teeth, claimed I was eager, and offered to help him and that the drywall damage was my financial responsibility. The installation stopped, I repaired the drywall over the next few days . Sounds like I chatted with the same woman in previous comments, she was hostile and refused to move the completion of the installation to the front of the line. I was suspicious that they would get real unprofessional and I was right...'they did a no show, no call' . Businesses like this need to wither away and make room for folks that know what customer service and ethical business practices are. Frankly they are getting way to comfortable with a Sears contract.

contracted through Sears for appliance delivery and installation
Don't waste your time and money on Nell's

I just called Sears Customer Service Line and registered a complaint about the rude, unprofessional attitude exhibited by Nell's Quality Installs. It was extremely disappointing to have to argue with the dispatch woman as she got detail after detail of my delivery schedule wrong. When I told her that I needed Nell's to stick to the time-frame that Sears quoted for the delivery and installation of my new dishwasher (after 5pm) instead of the time-frame that was convenient for them (between 7 and 9am), "Shelly" from Nell's said "That's not how this is gonna happen" and invited me to cancel the installation if I didn't like it. So I cancelled it. Don't waste your time and money on this worthless, incompetent and unprofessional pack of losers.

    Install dishwasher (through Sears)
    Unprofessional and rude

I recently bought a new dishwasher through Sears and Nell's Quality Installation was assigned as the company to deliver and install it. I gave Sears both my cell and home landline phone numbers. I didn't receive any calls and the night before the install date I selected, I finally called Sears and asked if the install was really happening. They gave me Nell's name and phone number and suggested if I didn't hear from them that night to call them in the morning to find out when my delivery window was (I was supposed to get a call for a 2hr window the night before).

When I still didn't hear anything the next morning, I called them and got hold of a VERY unpleasant woman who didn't seem at all interested in helping me. When she looked up my name, she claimed she had called but I received no call. I asked if they had called back and she said "no, we have 270 installs this weekend and don't have time to call anyone back" in a snide, rude and screeching tone. I don't know how it is my problem that they overbook themselves and apparently don't know how to be professional or courteous to paying customers.

I have called Sears and asked them to assign a different installer as well as consider discontinuing their use of Nell's "Quality" Installation as they don't reflect positively at all on Sears. I am not sure what the "quality" in their name stands for but it certainly isn't customer service.
