    They messed up with my mom's house remodeling . They don't admit. My parents do not speak English and found them in a chinese newspaper. Most of their businesses are with non english speaking people. These people of New Great Wall Builder can speak Mandarin (national chinese language), cantonese, and okay english. There is a 3rd man that appears to be in his late 60's + cannot speak any english. They are not honest people . We hired them during the busy home renovation season. When we hired them they had no other contract going on, but once they get more people signing up with them they disappeared for weeks before they came back to finish the work at my parents' house. They just do the work, but they never make sure their workmanship is good or anything they installed works (garbage disposer, sink faucet, electral wiring, etc). They told my parents it is our job to find out rather the stuff works or not. We need to tell them right away (before paying them) or they cannot come back to fit anything. They have other customers and cannot waste their time to come back. I am so shocked. Do you think it is okay for someone like an auto mechanic installing your brakes and didn't do a test drive before giving you your car back & letting you drive your car onto the street?????? Makes no sense. It is definitely their job to test what they installed to make sure it works before telling the customer job is done. We will never recommend New Great Wall Builder to anyone after our horrible experience with them. I told my parents do not pay them until they come back and fix the problems, but my parents just pay them. .My parents don't want them back into the house. They have enough headaches and want them gone for good.

    Poor workmanship

    Wreck my bathrooms up. They are very sloppy and they don't know how to chaulk silicon for shower doors, bath tubs, and shower stalls. All the grouts are crack because they don't know how to mix it right. The tiles are not level and about 30% of them already popped up after only a year.
    Avoid, avoid , and avoid.

    shit work and regreted I hired them

    don't use their services. They do XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX work and not willing to admit to it. They smear silicon chalking all over the place when they installed my shower door. There are tons of silicon smeared onto my chrome shower door. THis area does not need chaulking. It looks so horrible that I will be making a Youtube video for people to see their work. They did XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX job on my baseboards. They smear a lot of white chaulking onto my baseboards. It shows up like a red flag because paint on my baseboard is polar bear semi gloss. So my baseboards are all messed up. To make things worst why did they used tons of chaulking to plug very tiny nail holes????? Lack of experience and knowledge of doing the job right is what the problem is. They also scraped up my newly refinished hardwood floor which I covered up with floor paper and heavy traffic area with heavy duty paper boxes. There is more!!!!!!!! When one of them grouted my master bathroom tile they didn't bother to make sure the old grey color grout is not there before they grout the new linen colored grout. So the grey color old grout showed up with the new linen grout and it looks so horrible. The old grey grout is along the shower pan. .They didn't bother to just scrape it off. The grout joint in the foyer is crack and also have missing grout!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone must be blind or what????? When the unknown person /people installed my granite counter top they dripped silicon all over the counter. THey make a big mess inside and outside of my house. I had to clean up after them too many time. They left tons of cigarette bugs outside of my house. THey did it inside my house on top of my subfloor and it stunk up my bathroom. They left paint swear inside one of my master bedroom closet. Don't let them into your house. This guy that comes to your hiouse for estimate isn't the contracdtor that does the work. He has his brother and other contractors to do the work. Be aware who he sub contracts with. Don't let him bring anyone into your home unless you know their names and you can verify who they are. If they are sub contractors ask for their license number and see their driver's license and make sure all information match. If in doubt call the Ca license board. Check New Great wall license with CA licnese board to see if they have any employee(s) at time you hire them. If they have employee(s) they must have worker's comp. Unlicensed people can sue you if they work on your property and get hurt. If this happen to you report them to California license board online. .It will take no more than 20 minutes to fill out the form.

    They are delaying our house to be on the market. They have caused us a lot of money in mortgage and property tax plus I have to look for contractors who can fix their XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX work. Don't hire them or you regret. People really need to ask friends and or relatives for references before hiring any contractor to do home improvement work. I will not recommend them to anyone after I see how many things they messed up on. .
