We paid Eddie over $80K for a remodel. Hiring him was a nightmare! If he does have a license it should be revoked! He is not a plumber, electrician or remodeler. He cuts corners using cheap materials and charges you for the higher quality. His work is incomplete and argues that it wasn't specific in the Estimate ... when it is standard with every honest contractor - like leveling flooring for new laminate. We had to hire a licensed plumber to redo all of his work ... faucets put in backwards, dripping pipes, leaking toilets at base, etc. If you are not on top of Eddie, he will not show up having excuses, but then sends out incompetent workers that only mess things up with sloppy work and causes unreasonable messes, even damaging your quality materials.
