John Rodriquez the incompetent POS he does lousy work. His workers are low quality and take no pride in their work. Do yourself a favor and find another contractor. I am now in the process of making repairs to the crappy installation job his crew did. Plastic hanging from underneath pulled down by his subcontractors and left repaired in the John Rodriguez half assed repair. Or the caulking I have to remove from all the crown molding his halfwit helper filled in everywhere instead of using a nail gun to make the fit tight. Or the installation of the A/C compressor stand without flashing causing the rim joists to rot. Thank you John the scumbag for NOTHING! Hope everyone reads this before they hire a scumbag like YOU!

I received my modular home through a program called Phap in plaquemines parish, I chose MrJohn R of Nola modular as my contractor. It has been a nightmare from the start, the work is cheap and the attitude of the workers are unprofessional. Im living in a death trap and to add insult to injury the makers of the home which is Franklin Homes when called to fix anythig it takes forever to get a response and when you do they will tell you that its to far away to send someone out. My home i can not say i enjoy it i have mold in here the floor has soft spots and the 1 in the kitchen i have to walk around it because its about to be a hole. When i was reporting this to the Phap admin staff the attitude i would get is shut up your not paying for this thr way i feel is i have to live in thus house for thr rest of my life. I would recommend that no-one should by a home from John R of NOLA MODULARS he is not fit to build a dog house, and yes i did tell the program staff i felt like jr was taking there money still no correct response just more nonchalant attitudes
