We had new rooms and spaces over 10 years ago, if I knew what would happen years later I would never had them put our Family room on. Walll has a crack between old and new, tape seperated where the wall meets the ceilings

We went with this company for our bathroom remodel back in May 2016. 3 years later we are still trying to get the project completed. Where to start...we kept our existing toilet and sink as they were new and ordered a new tub to be put in. The tub originally installed was almond, not white. When confronted, the owner told us "yeah I didn't think it looked right while we were putting it in." Then why did you put it in with out asking? Then after tub was installed there was 5 inches of water flooding our kitchen from the ceiling due to the over flow valve not being installed correctly. The toilet that was installed still leaks. The fixtures had to be installed by us and would still not be installed if we waited. The wrong windows were ordered and installed. Then the final straw was the city would not sign off on our inspection due to no sticker being placed on the electrical box for the electric work done. Upon contacting the state electric inspector, he advised there was never an electrical permit pulled. The owner constantly lied to us for over 3 years about other subcontractors who did the work and what was going on. Granted we understood that the owner had personal issues going on during remodel however there was ZERO communication during this time and we had to threaten going to the state to get any response from him. DO NOT USE!!!
