Whatever you do, do not get involved with any company involving Mohammed Ali Sadaat. I do not believe any of these 5 star reviews as Mr. Sadaat is the master of manipulation and manages to have negative reviews removed. I am one of many victims of his fraudulent practices. Please search his case records in Maryland and you will find his numerous sham companies that he has bankrupted. It is public record if you don't believe my review. He will collect your money and then stall and delay your project to extort more money. He essentially runs a construction Ponzi scheme as he will weaponize the LLC protections and bankruptcy court to shield himself and you will never see your money again. Thank God I discovered sooner than others and took over my own project. I am 6 months behind and with a $50k +++ loss. Learn from my mistake.
