CANY was the consulting firm on the façade restoration and any façade related work. The facility is landmarked, so in addition to providing technical services for the façade restoration, they also provided support for all of the Landmark filings and reviews. The building dates from 1963 (former maritime Building) and is of an unusual architectural configuration and material, so it presented many atypical challenges. I have found them to be a professional, thorough and technically competent organization. Their documentation is detailed and comprehensive. Their technical and construction administration support has been timely and responsive. They have been the consultants of record for the project since 2011 and we are just starting the last of the work that they are over sighting. I would absolutely recommend them.
